The UK Fruit & Vegetable Congress (FPJ Live) is just one day away, with anticipation building ahead of what promises to be a fascinating day of networking and debate.

The event on 4 May will once again have the delegate experience at its heart, with participants offered the chance to:

- Take part in interactive polls and put questions to speakers via their mobile phones

- Download presentations immediately after the end of each session

- Connect and communicate with other delegates via the Fruitnet Live online networking tool

- Enjoy a varied programme that includes presentations, Q&As, an on-stage interview and marketing masterclass

Leading industry figures will discuss topics ranging from politics and business to retail, catering and consumption, with speakers including NFU president Meurig Raymond, Fresca chairman Chris Mack, Bidfresh CEO Stephen Oswald and the Co-op’s Fiona Clayton, among many others. Ben Towers, named by The Times as the most influential teenager on the planet, will also offer a unique insight into the views of the next generation.

There will be ample opportunity to meet new and existing contacts in the relaxing surroundings of The Belfry Hotel. As well as the networking breaks, there is also a complimentary get-together in the Ryder Room from 7pm on the evening before the conference.
