Produce Investments hasappointed Billy Keane as a non-executive director.
Keane is currently a director of Grahams The Family Dairy, and of the a2 Milk Company. He was previously chairman of Dairy UK, the trade association for the UK dairy industry. He has over 30 years' experience in the food sector.
Keane's highest-profile role was as group managing director of Robert Wiseman Dairies, the former FTSE 250-listed milk processor, until its acquisition by Muller Group for £300 million in 2012.
Prior to his appointment as group managing director, Keane was group finance director for 16 years, where he oversaw the company’s listing on the London Stock Exchange and guided the business through a number of capital raisings on the stock market and a series of acquisitions.
