Recruitment specialist MorePeople has bolstered its team with three new appointments.
Laura Parham, who will be working on vacancies across the whole supply chain, has many years of experience in fresh produce, having worked in both procurement and technical roles for Sainsbury’s and Tesco before moving into the food manufacturing sector with Hain Daniels.
Harriet Blamire joined MorePeople last summer, having graduated from Sheffield Hallam with an English degree and worked for a PR agency in London. As part of MorePeople’s growing operations team, Blamire is focusing on operational roles in the food sector including production, warehouse, engineering, farm and harvest management.
Claire Smith started in November as marketing manager and will lead on marketing initiatives and increasing brand awareness. She has a CIM postgraduate diploma in marketing and spent ten years working in e-commerce before moving to a more general marketing role for a skills brokerage, encouraging businesses to engage with schools to inform and inspire young people about future careers.
