In New Zealand, Plant & Food Research has announced the launch of a new company blog at plantandfood.info, designed to communicate more of the institute's news, events and research activities with the public.
The group, which is charged with enhancing the value and productivity of the country's horticultural industry, recognises the increasing global trend and value for two-way corporate communication on the new blog.
The blog will unite the group's different social media platforms, while also featuring updates on emerging research and commentary on the science and business areas in which Plant & Food Research are involved.
