Former Zespri International general manager Doug Voss successfully concluded a personal grievance claim against Zespri this week with the NZ employment authorities.
Voss, who was an organic kiwifruit grower, left the organisation in February. No financial details of the settlement were released, but Zespri issued a statement this week as part of the deal to clarify that Voss’s departure did not reflect any performance issues.
