A fierce blaze has swept through a packing facility of New Zealand top-fruit packer and exporter Fruitpackers (Fru-Pak), near Hastings.
The fire destroyed storehouses at Fru-Pak and took 70 firefighters more than four hours to bring under control.
It has been reported that at one stage, there were serious safety concerns, as one of the buildings contained LPG gas supplies.
The cause of the blaze has not yet been ascertained.
