PMA A-NZ and Produce Plus are closing entries 2017 PMA-Produce Plus Marketer of the Year Award on 31 March – this Friday.

This is the Australian and New Zealand industry's chance to nominate an innovative, effective marketer of fresh fruit, vegetables or flowers to gain recognition for their talent.

The Marketer of the Year Award is open to both individuals and team members from any part of the value chain, whether its merchandising fruit and vegetables to consumers, marketing seeds to growers, or promoting produce to the food service industry.

The winner of the sixth annual PMA-Produce Plus Marketer of the Year Award to be announced at the Hort Connections conference and trade show in Adelaide on 15-17 May, with all finalists to feature in the bumper winter edition of Produce Plus magazine.

This year’s winner will be added to the Marketer of the Year Award hall of fame, boasting talented fresh produce marketers including Sarah McRae, Lisa Cork and Matthew Crouch, as well as the marketing teams from OneHarvest and Harris Farm Markets.

The award is open to both individuals and team members from any part of the value chain. Self-nominations and nominations by third-parties are welcome.

All entries must be submitted before close of business on 31 March 2017.
