Palletised transport company, BagTrans, is driving forward efficiency by replacing its paper-based last-mile process to online, Mobilestar.
BagTrans, who provide food-chain and retail delivery services from business to business (b2b) are now operating with BluJay Solutions’ Mobilestar application across the board.
BlueJay Solutions are a supply chain software provider, who aim to drive efficiency and improve trade velocity through their connected partners. Their Mobilestar solution is a mobile application (app) that allows businesses to manage and track their deliveries digitally from origin to destination, improving efficiency.
“The BluJay mobility solution is a critical initiative for BagTrans’ long-term strategy, and it is very encouraging to see progress made to date,” said COO of BagTrans, Habib Francis.
The Mobilestar solution was integrated into BagTrans’ existing technology and outfitted into its fleet of 120 trucks. The app has the capability to view workflows and movement of freight from the depot to the end receiver across the entire organisation.
