An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK’s leading brassica growers on its 7,000-acre farm based in Cornwall.  Due to our continued expansion, Riviera Produce are now recruiting for three key positions.  

Farm Operations Manager

We need a dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong leadership and people-management skills in order to deliver to strict deadlines. In this senior position you will need excellent organisation and communication skills to build a team delivering efficiency, quality and timely production. You will be responsible for field preparation, planting, machinery, increasing efficiencies through automation and farm production techniques. Experience in field horticulture preferred but not essential. Financial focus important.  


We need an enthusiastic, dedicated agronomist to work in our agronomy team. You will be walking crops, carrying out pest and disease identification, advising on crop nutrition and weed control. The successful candidate will need to implement and maintain IPM programmes, spray plans and liaising with the farm team. You will have FACTS and BASIS certification. 

Deputy Packhouse Manager 

The successful candidate must be able to work in a pressurised environment, be enthusiastic and able to work in a team. Key skills: highly organised, able to lead and manage teams of 40 plus people to achieve production results within deadlines. Excellent communication skills are vital as you will need to coach and train employees to achieve performance targets. Oversee packing machinery would be desirable.
