Freshmax Group has appointed a new general manager of people and culture.
Billy Latkas steps into the role after a number of years in the FMCG sector, including time within the fresh produce industry.
'The culture atFreshmax is good but we still have so many opportunities to drive it to greatness,” said Latkas.
Based in Melbourne, Latkas will travel the full length of the Australasian business regularly to ensure engagement occurs at all levels.
'I have appointed Billy as a driver for change,' said Freshmax Group CEO Murray McCallum. 'Our teams are in great shape, with a diverse range of skill and expertise across the group, but we have an opportunity to aim higher.'
