Asia Fruit Logistica has opened exhibitor registration ahead of schedule for the 2026 edition in response to increased demand, and “available space is filling up quickly”, according to organiser Global Produce Events (GPE).

Asia’s premier fresh produce trade show returns to Hong Kong on 2-4 September 2026, and the show is already garnering unprecedented global interest, building on the record-breaking success of the 2025 edition, GPE said in a media release.

Asia Fruit Logistica attracted over 14,000 industry professionals from more than 70 different countries in 2025, cementing its status as the “definitive global gathering for the fresh produce sector” and a “gateway for cross-continental business expansion”.

Exhibitor registrations for Asia Fruit Logistica 2026 have already surged by 23 per cent compared to the same period last year, with participation confirmed from over 30 countries, according to GPE.

“This remarkable growth underscores the booming demand for access to Asia’s dynamic fresh produce market, a pivotal hub for global trade expansion,” the organiser said.

World of fresh meets in Asia

Asia Fruit Logistica offers unparalleled access to key decision-makers and buyers driving the growth of the global fresh produce sector, not just in Asia, but worldwide, GPE noted. Growers, exporters, importers, distributors, and service providers from across the globe will gather to showcase innovative products, share industry insights, and forge high-value partnerships.

The First Timer Pavilion is also generating “significant buzz”, with companies worldwide eager to make their debut at the event, according to GPE. It is expected to double the number of first-time exhibitors compared to last year, demonstrating the show’s growing reputation as the must-attend platform for businesses seeking to expand their global footprint.

Beyond Asia, the event connects exhibitors and visitors with international buyers from the Middle East, Oceania, Europe, South America, and beyond.

“For industry professionals, AFL 2026 represents the ultimate opportunity to build strategic alliances, explore emerging markets, and accelerate business growth on a global scale,” said GPE.
