India’s favourite fruit and vegetable event is back in Mumbai on 13 April 2027 for a day filled with fresh ideas, connections and opportunities, plus pre-event tours on 12 April

Fresh Produce India makes its much-anticipated return to Mumbai on 13 April 2027. And it’s with a refreshed look that maximises opportunities for business, information, and networking.
Fresh Produce India meets up again at the Trident Hotel at Nariman Point, one of the city’s most elegant hotel spaces in the heart of Mumbai’s downtown.
Fruitnet launches a brand-new format for Fresh Produce India in April 2027: ‘Market Place’ is the new name for the non-stop business networking expo; ’Market Insights’ offers a high-energy programme of TV studio-style talks with top figures on the hot industry topics and trends; and 2027 sees the launch of ‘Market Kitchen’, a special space for chef-curated tastings of premium produce from across the world.

The Fresh Produce India Awards also celebrates the best players in India’s fresh fruit and vegetable business. Plus, the First Timers Showcase provides a dedicated space for newcomers to our business networking space.
Fresh Produce India gets underway on 12 April with a special pre-event programme of study tours plus an evening networker meet-up. Together they’re the perfect primer for the main event on 13 April.
And in 2027 Fresh Produce India celebrates 20 years of bringing businesses together in India. The first edition launched in Hyderabad in 2007. It then took place in such vibrant cities as New Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune, before it took root in Mumbai, India’s commercial capital and hub of its fresh fruit and vegetable business.

“We cannot wait to bring the India and international business together again in Mumbai next April,” said John Hey, managing director of organiser, Fruitnet Asia. “There’s so much happening in the India market right now. There is much more interest from the global industry in what India has to offer. This really is India’s moment to shine. And at Fresh Produce India we create those connections and conversations to make it all happen for you.”
