The role

Dole is recruiting for its Imports business based in Kingston-upon-Thames. The supplier is looking for experienced commercial candidates who want to make their next move within or into the fresh produce industry.

The ideal candidate

  • A proven track record in the fresh produce sector
  • Excellent commercial acumen through developing and exceeding measurable targets
  • Confident communicator with strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • IT literate and able to understand and manipulate data to produce detailed reports
  • Proactively builds working relationships by demonstrating drive and enthusiasm
  • Decisive within a high-pressured and fast-paced environment
  • Is committed to diversity and promotes an inclusive culture, acting with professionalism, fairness and integrity
  • Industry experience in fresh produce or FMCG
