TFR is adding to its current Wildboi line, which includes dragon fruit

Leading Vietnamese fresh produce exporter The Fruit Republic (TFR) will launch three new fruit lines under its Wildboi brand at the Asia Fruit Logistica trade show tomorrow (3 September) in Hong Kong.

TFR is adding passion fruit, white guava, pink guava and yellow lemon to its export marque in response to customer demand, export sales manager Jeroen Pasman revealed.

The move follows the success of TFR’s Wildboi pomelo, lime, dragon fruit, coconut and fresh-cut fruit range on international markets, he said.

TFR will also launch its first-ever vegetable range for export at the show. It includes iceberg lettuce, beef tomato, sweet pepper and a wide range of herbs such as Italian basil, purple basil, rosemary, thyme, mint, parsley and sorrel.

“TFR is the only company in Vietnam with two Haccp-certified state-of-the-art packhouses in two distinct agro-climatic zones: the tropical Mekong delta and the cool Dalat highlands,” said Pasman.

“This allows TFR to offer a complete portfolio of top-quality fruit and vegetables, all sourced from contract farmers, produced and processed according to international quality standards.”

TFR, which already supplies the domestic market with over 100 SKUs of fruit and vegetables, is expanding its export programmes with daily air freight shipments, alongside its seafreight programmes to Europe, Russia, the Middle East and around Asia, Pasman said.
