Brisbane will play host to PMA Australia New Zealand’s (PMA A-NZ) Tech Event next week.
To be held on Thursday (16 November) at the Brisbane Markets Conference Centre in Rocklea, the half-day event will examine how leading businesses are adopting new technology to manage production, packing and transactions, in order to provide safer, more transparent and efficient supply chains.
The Yield will deliver a presentation on harnessing the power of data, while GS1 will look at the advantages of DataBar. Gourmet Garden will present a new technology for water sanitising.
Tech Event follows the PMA A-NZ Annual General Meeting, being held on Wednesday (15 November) at Malt Dining in Brisbane.
Included on the agenda for this year’s AGM will be the appointment of two Australian domiciled directors to the PMA A-NZ board.
