Paul Bates

Executive chef Paul Bates will give an insight into the high-pressure world of top-class catering at this year's Re:fresh Conference.

Bates has worked at the Intercontinental Hotel since 2008 and has more than 25 years experience as an executive chef. An advocate of seasonal, sustainable British produce, he also has a deep understanding of international ingredients built during secondments in Singapore and Australia.

Bates is speaking during a session focused on Diversity in People at the 10 October event. The conference precedes the Re:fresh Awards 2013, with both events taking place on 10 October at the Intercontinental Park Lane Hotel in London.
