The Watercress Company’s Spanish farm, Royalcress SA, has become first in the world to have met the new and rigorous M&S Field to Fork v5 standard for fresh produce.
John Fitt, general manager of Royalcress, said: “I am immensely proud of what the team have achieved, and we are delighted to have met the standard ahead of the official launch date in January 2015.'
