Bridge Farm Nurseries has taken over JVG Herbs.

JVG Herbs will now operate under the new name of Neame Lea Fresh, and will continue to grow a range of culinary herbs at its Bridge Farm site in Spalding for supply to the retail industry across the UK.

Bridge Farm director, David Ball, told FPJ that he considers the purchase an 'exciting and positive step for the business with the additional opportunities it will bring in the fresh produce sector.'

Neame Lea Fresh will continue to operate with its current production team, and additional growth will be supported by its sister company, Neame Lea Nursery, which has recently completed a £6 million development.
