Do you combine deep knowledge of the horticultural industry with a highly commercial mindset?

Then you can play a crucial role within the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB).

Independent of both industry and government, we’re here to give Britain’s farmers and suppliers the edge, and we can give you exceptional visibility and autonomy.

At all times, you will ensure that we enjoy a high profile within the industry, you will feedback levy payer comments to inform strategy, act as the central point of contact for producers and others in the supply chain, and you will represent AHDB at industry forums.

Qualified to degree level in agriculture, you will be experienced in managing budgets and teams, engaging government agencies and stakeholder organisations, and setting stretching operational targets.

Above all, you will bring considerable creative flair, giving you everything you need to present to senior stakeholders and exceed levy payers’ expectations in everything you do.
