The Brassica & Leafy Salad Conference is returning to Peterborough after a three-year break.

The headline speakers include Graeme Sait, who is the co-founder of Queensland, Australia-based company Nutri-Tech Solutions (NTS), which is a recognised world leader in sustainable agriculture. Sait is currently working on two new books covering soil, plant, environmental and human health issues.

Also speaking will be Professor Simon Pearson, director of the Lincoln Institute for Agri-Food Technology, who will update delegates on the Defra automation review and the work that is underway at the university.

Regenerative consultant Ben Taylor, who is also known as Regenben on Twitter, will be speaking on the topic of “the healthy food dichotomy.”

And Veg Power chief executive Dan Parker is returning to the conference to offer an update on the campaign's work so far and its upcoming plans.

The event takes place on 19 January 2022 at the East of England Arena and Events Centre.
