Regional food and drink trade organisation for the South West, Taste of the West, is set to take part in the FPJ Conferences - South West event on 3 November.
CEO John Sheaves will talk to delegates about where regional food groups stand, discuss regional sourcing and how to get the most out of the ‘buy local’ trend as a fresh produce business.
The event, which will be held at The Grand, Bristol, will consist of three sections entitled Collaborative Thinking, Pushing Your Business Forward and Making the Region Work.
Aiming to link up the fresh produce supply chain within the South West, the conference will also include speeches from a variety of companies including Pam Lloyd PR, Elior, The Watercress Company, the NFU, QV Foods and Riverford Organics.
