Asia Fruit Logistica has announced that registration is officially open for its SE Asia Meet Up event, taking place in Bangkok on 18-19 May 2026. Industry professionals can now secure their spot by registering online.

The event is co-organised with Fruitnet in collaboration with the Myanmar Avocado Producer and Exporter Association (MAVO), Myanmar Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Producer and Exporter Association (MFVP), Thai Agricultural Wholesale Market Association (TAWMA) and The Philippine Exporters Confederation (PHILEXPORT).

Building on the success of Asia Fruit Logistica’s 2025 Meet Ups series, which united over 2,200 industry professionals across five key markets, the SE Asia Meet Up will serve as a pivotal platform for growers, suppliers, retailers, and logistics experts to connect, exchange insights, and explore business opportunities across the ASEAN region. The event is expected to welcome industry leaders from more than 30 countries globally.

“Asia Fruit Logistica SE Asia Meet Up is a key platform connecting global leaders with the dynamic Southeast Asian market,” said Furkan Polat, co-CEO of Turkish company, MBA Yazilim. “As a leading blueberry producer in Turkey and Eastern Europe, we are proud to showcase our production strength and expand our long-term partnerships across Asia.”

Kittisak Pipatkanaporn, managing director of Thai Best Products, also said, “TBP exports fresh Thai fruit to markets worldwide and supplies the domestic market through 7-Eleven Thailand. This event is a great opportunity to share perspectives on the fruit landscape in Thailand and other countries. It also provides a valuable chance for fruit professionals to build relationships, strengthen connections, and explore new opportunities together. I look forward to a fruitful Golf Cup ahead!”

What’s on the agenda?

The one-day conference at the JW Marriott Bangkok will tackle the most pressing topics shaping the region’s fresh produce landscape, including Southeast Asia’s evolving consumer markets, digital strategies for brand building, the region’s tropical fruit boom, Latin America’s expanding footprint in ASEAN, and sustainable farming innovations. More details on the conference program are scheduled to be announced very soon.

AFL Fresh Produce Golf Cup 2026: Teeing Up for Business

Building up on the resounding feedback of last year’s inaugural AFL Fresh Produce Golf Cup that took place in Guangdong-China, the event and networking programme of this third edition of the SEA Meet Up has been extended to feature a sporting competition. A day before the main event, industry leaders will be hitting the greens for the AFL Fresh Produce Golf Cup 2026 on 17 May at the outskirts of Bangkok. This exclusive tournament offers high-level decision-makers a relaxed setting to forge stronger connections before the conference begins. Registrations for the Golf Cup are filling up quickly and interested participants are invited to register soon in order to secure a spot.

All-inclusive access

The SE Asia Meet Up delegate package offers full access to all conference sessions, the expo area, networking breaks, lunch, and a closing cocktail reception. Delegates can also opt to join a Study Tour on 19 May for deeper industry immersion by visiting local key companies and institutions. The detailed schedule of the study tour will be released soon.
