Apple exports from Poland to Vietnam will commence from 10 October after an agreement was signed on 2 October, according to the Voice of Vietnam.
Poland’s Minister of Agriculture Marek Sawicki said the agreement was an important one for Polish apple exporters since exports to Russia were suspened in August 2014.
Sawicki expects around 10,000 tonnes of apples to Vietnam annually.
