Aldi cuts Easter veg to 4p for key roasting lines and reduces price of roast dinner to under £2 per person
Aldi has cut the price of Easter veg including potatoes, carrots and parsnips to 4p, with the price of a roast dinner down to £1.94 per head at the discounter.
The Aldi Easter Super Six deal is running in stores from today (31 March) to 5 April, with lines including British white potatoes (8p, 2kg), British carrots (4p, 1kg), XL garlic (8p, each), brown onions (8p, 1kg), British swede (4p, each) and British parsnips (4p, 500g).
It comes as Morrisons also cut core veg lines to 4p, as the two retailers picked up their head-to-head price war seen during Christmas promotions.
