Easter Super Six deal includes savings of up to 89 per cent

Aldi has continued its recent trend of offering veg around special occcasions at knockdown prices.

The discounter has announced that it will be selling a range of popular Easter vegetables – including potatoes, carrots and parsnips – for just 15p.

From 31 March to 5 April, Aldi’s Easter Super Six deal will include:

  • Nature’s Pick British White Potatoes (15p, 2kg) – was £1.32, saving 89 per cent
  • Nature’s Pick British Carrots (15p, 1kg) – was 69p, saving 78 per cent
  • Nature’s Pick XL Garlic (15p, each) – was 39p, saving 62 per cent
  • Nature’s Pick Brown Onions (15p, 1kg) – was 99p, saving 85 per cent
  • Nature’s Pick British Swede (15p, each) – was 62p, saving 76 per cent
  • Nature’s Pick British Parsnips (15p, 500g) – was 74p, saving 80 per cent.

Aldi was keen to stress that it partners with British growers and uses fixed-cost pricing to ensure they receive a fair price, regardless of the season. The commitment allows the retailer to offer shoppers the best savings without compromising on quality or fairness, it added.
