Innovative fruit supplier welcomes FPJ’s flagship festival to its cutting-edge new facility in Cambridgeshire in June 2023

Leading fruit supplier and varietal innovator AMFRESH has been confirmed as the host for Festival of Fresh 2023.

The forward-thinking fruit business has grown to become one of the biggest suppliers of citrus, grapes, tropical fruits, topfruit and flowers in Britain. And on 21 June 2023 the company welcomes the UK fresh produce industry and its international partners to its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire.

Building on the success of Festival of Fresh 2022 at Berry Gardens in Kent, June’s event follows a similar format. It combines fantastic networking opportunities, expert speakers, hard-hitting interviews, demos and tours, fruit and veg sampling, and delicious food and drink.

Olympic champion and three-times world champion heptathlete Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill was the star of the show at Festival of Fresh 2022, as more than 300 people from across the UK fruit and vegetable trade came together for a day of inspirational talks, face-to-face networking, and great food.

Other star guests on the wide-ranging speaker programme included Rowena White and Dominic Edwards of Asda, Defra minister Victoria Prentis, and the NFU’s Martin Emmett. In addition, guests had the opportunity to see Clock House Farm’s pioneering Robot Highways project in action.
