Asda is backing the innovation award at this year’s World Fruit & Vegetable Show in London.
The judges of the Asda Innovation Award will look outstanding innovations from within the international fresh produce industry.
The winner will be announced from a list of nominees. at the event held on 27-28 October at London’s ExCel exhibition centre.
The award will be presented by Dominic Edwards, head of fresh produce for Asda and is restricted to exhibitors taking part in the trade fair for fruit, vegetables and flowers.
Applications will be accepted until 24 September. Each company will be limited to one product nomination and all products will be on display in the innovation display area at the exhibition, for the duration of the two-day event.
