Six Belgian fruit and vegetable auctions have been awarded certification from the independent inspection and certification body, Certagro. The certification states that the produce supplied to these auctions complies with Flandria's specifications, giving consumers in the domestic and international market an unbiased guarantee that the claims of the quality mark are correct.
The certification has been awarded after nearly two years of intensive inspections at the auctions and at individual growers. The certificate guarantees that the Flandria produce from these auctions is in line with specifications concerning quality standards, grading requirements and traceability.
