Event will feature a conference, trade exhibition, tour and dinner

The biennial British Asparagus Conference is returning on 15 July 2025 at Norchard Farm in Kidderminster, hosted by G’s.
The event will bring together growers, agronomists, researchers and key industry stakeholders to explore the latest developments, challenges, and innovations shaping the UK asparagus sector, according to the Asparagus Growers Association.
The theme for 2026 will be “Weed Control and Herbicide Challenges” as the event looks to address a significant and timely issue for asparagus growers.
Running alongside the main conference will be a trade exhibition, offering delegates the opportunity to network with leading suppliers and other professionals from across the industry. A networking lunch will further facilitate networking and collaboration among delegates and trade.
Following lunch, delegates will have the chance to join a farm tour that features module trials and demonstrations comparing modules versus crowns, herbicide demonstration plots, mature asparagus crops, three-metre bed-width systems, and machinery demonstrations.
In addition to the main conference, delegates are invited to attend a drinks reception and conference dinner on 14 July at The Hadley Bowling Green, Hadley Heath.
