German controlled atmosphere storage specialist Cargofresh Technologies GMBH has merged with its parent company Cargofresh AG.
As the wholly owned subsidiary of Cargofresh AG, Cargofresh technologies performed its holding and financing functions.
To simplify its structure, the company will now operate under the name Cargofresh AG, although its services and staff remain unchanged.
