The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) has announced it will launch its Impact Assessment report at an event in London on October 19.

Attendees will receive free copies of report - The ETI Code of Labour Practice: Do Workers Really Benefit? - and hear the findings and recommendations contained within it.

In addition, the ETI will offer a preview of the latest edition of its workbook, Ethical Trade: A Comprehensive Guide for Companies - which includes guidance and case studies on how to address many of the recommendations from the ETI Impact Assessment.

David Meller, Sainsbury’s socially responsible sourcing manager described the second edition of the workbook as “an essential tool for anyone involved in ethical trade - whatever their level of experience.”

To book a place at the event, being held at the Victory Services Club, near Marble Arch, contact Adil Rehman, ETI communications and events co-ordinator, on adil@eti.org.uk.
