Florist lets down hair for Disney competition

Online flower retailer iFlorist has again teamed up with entertainment giant Disney to promote Disney’s latest Blu-Ray and DVD release, Tangled.

iFlorist’s members will join in the buzz around the Blu-Ray and DVD release of the film, based on the children’s classic Rapunzel, on 23 May.

Posters, online promotions, email newsletters and PR activity will raise the profile of the film through iFlorist’s network of independent florists.

A special bouquet has been created by iFlorist’s in-house designer especially for Tangled, and will be available to win from iFlorist online and through its network of florist member retailers.

The “Let Your Hair Down” bouquet reflects the film heroine’s love of nature and joy of being out in the woods around her tower, for the first time.

The company will award 10 runners-up with copy of the newly-released film on Blu-Ray Double Play; and hopes to make one winner feel like a princess in winning a year’s supply of flowers - 12 bouquets in all.
