Senior retail leader Ronny Gottschlich is to join the Co-op board as independent non-exec director as group looks to future growth
Former Lidl UK CEO Ronny Gottschlich is to join the board of Co-op as independent non-exec director.
Gottschlich has extensive retail experience at Lidl and across many senior leadership roles for the Schwarz Group in European markets. He has also worked in advisory positions as founder of Heunadel Retail Advisory.
“We’re delighted to welcome Ronny to our Board and to our Co-op,” said Co-operative Group chair, Debbie White.
“Ronny brings a wealth of experience and joins us at an important time for our Co-op as we look to grow our Co-op for the future, for the benefit of our 7 million members across the UK.”
