New range from Fresh Direct-owned Wild Harvest includes black truffle and other premium ingredients aimed at chefs seeking top quality
Fresh Direct’s premium ingredients supplier Wild Harvest has launched a new range of over 80 speciality products aimed at chefs seeking to “elevate their menus”.
Additions include Urbani black truffle, along with Campbell’s & Co smoked salmon and ingredients from fine foods brand Sosa, sourced from a global network of suppliers and growers.
“The Wild Harvest Collection brings together the best of the best, allowing chefs to access a fantastic range of products that provide a reassuring level of second-to-none quality and take menus to the next level,” said Ian Nottage, head of food development for Fresh Direct, which owns Wild Harvest.
