A fruit farm in Upton, Dorset is appealing for customers to come along and pick fruit in the wake of the floods.

Although some of the crops being grown at Clive's Fruit Farm were damaged or destroyed by the weather, there are still quite a lot to be picked, said grower Jane Clive.

The family-run business’s cherry crop was mostly lost, although some has been saved, to be made into juice. Plums were badly damaged as well.

“There are still some plums to be picked, along with apples, raspberries and strawberries. “If the strawberries hadn't been under cover in polytunnels, we’d have lost them as well,” Clive added.
