The Horticultural Development Council (HDC) Tree-Fruit Panel has announced the funding of eight new projects. HDC Tree-Fruit Panel chairman Clive Baxter said: “We are delighted to be delivering this news to the tree-fruit industry. Clearly there is a need to address high priority issues and we very much look forward to these projects providing answers for growers.”
The projects will cover crop protection, production, labour reduction and bring the total number of tree fruit projects funded by the HDC to 23.
