Bookings are now being taken for the HTA catering conference being held at the Hawkwell House Hotel near Oxford on Tuesday July 10. The programme aims to giving delegates the tools to develop new strategies and run more profitable catering operations.

Speakers include Skye Gyngell head chef at Petersham Nurseries Café and author of A Year in My Kitchen, and Wendy Fogarty (pictured), forager and founding ambassador for the UK Slow Food movement.
