Plans to ban imports of fresh produce through the port where most fruit and vegetables are shipped to Indonesia have been delayed. The country plans to limit fresh produce imports to four access points, none of which is the popular Tanjung Priok in Jakarta.
But Fruitnet has quoted a local paper as saying the draft regulations have been postponed by three months.
The US and New Zealand say the change would harm their exports to Indonesia.
