Industry is healthy, deep down, says Tinsley
Despite the obvious problems in the modern fresh produce industry, all the ingredients are in place for a healthy business, according to Mark Tinsley, chairman of Elgro. Mr Tinsley spoke at the final conference of the Institute of Grocery Distribution's Food Project, held on Wednesday.
