Lingarden has announced the appointment of two new members to its growing team.
Paul Allen has been appointed business development manager with responsibility for spearheading future sales growth.
Allen has been with the cut flowers supplier since 1994, working as an account manager at SB Englands, its Wisbech-based garden plants division, and within the cut flowers division at the company's head office at Weston, near Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Lingarden Flowers managing director Martin Brown said: "Paul's appointment to this role supports our strategy to expand the UK market for cut flowers."
The cut-flower specialist has also appointed Glyn Cox as national account manager.
Cox will be responsible for sales through Sainsbury's supermarkets. He joins the company from Geest Flowers in Spalding where he was an account manager.
Lingarden Flowers managing director Martin Brown said: "Glyn's extensive experience of the fresh produce market is an excellent foundation for helping our customers expand sales of cut flowers."
