Spanish lemon specialist Luna Lemon has developed a new range of fresh and tinned products specifically for use in restaurants and bars.

The company, which is based in Zaragoza, launched the range of sliced and halved lemons at this year’s Fruit Attraction and has recently signed a deal with Valencian citrus exporter Mundosol to market the products across Europe.

Luna Lemon’s sales director Raúl Pulido told FPJ that the company would aim to export the range in the UK, France, Italy and Russia, among other European markets.
