Magrabi Agriculture has set its sights on producing more strawberry varieties, as it looks ahead to a promising season.
Marketing manager Tarek Bedir said: “Production may well increase this year. We started work on the crop on time and the quality looks good so hopefully, with no frost, we will be better than last year.
“We are always trying to look for new varieties, especially on strawberries as we have most of the major varieties covered. We won’t ever just stop at one point, we will always look to extend our range.”
