Monaghan Mushrooms opens €12m plant
A €12 million production facility, described as the most up-to-date development of its kind in Europe, has been officially opened at Monaghan Mushrooms’ headquarters in Tyholland, County Monaghan, by Irish agriculture minister Brendan Smith.
