Recruiter wants to hear the views of professionals across the industry
Recruitment specialist MorePeople has launched its 2025 Salary & Benefits Survey, inviting professionals across the fresh produce, food manufacturing, horticulture, and agriculture industries to share their views.
Conducted every two years, the survey provides insight into current salary levels, pay reviews, and remote working trends. It also explores what benefits employees actually value, as well as the importance of culture, job satisfaction, and career development to recruits’ roles.
“Pay is just one piece of the puzzle,” said Andrew Fitzmaurice, MorePeople chief executive. “It’s always interesting to see what is happening in the market and with the ever-changing perceptions and priorities for candidates – shifts in what people want from work – whether that’s flexible hours, mental health support, or better training opportunities.
“Our goal is to help employers stay ahead of these changes and build environments where talent can thrive.”
The 2025 report will be the most comprehensive yet, according to MorePeople, and will offer more detailed breakdowns by job function, seniority level, and sector-specific insights.
MorePeople is calling on the industry to take part via this link. All responses are completely confidential, and the final report will be shared on the MorePeople website in the autumn. All respondents have the chance to win one of five £100 Amazon vouchers.
