A ‘brand essentials’ Londis over-riding discount (LOD) scheme, offering retailers significant margin opportunities earning up to a maximum of 4.5 per cent, has been launched by Musgrave Retail Partners GB.

The new scheme gives retailers the opportunity to earn an additional two per cent LOD on purchases of groceries, provisions provisions, alcohol and confectionery through Musgrave.

To realise the benefits, retailers need to commit to certain ‘brand essentials’, such as refitting their store to approved standards, purchasing ‘must-stock’ items and participating in promotional schemes.
