Limited-edition Christmas range has gone into Tesco stores
A limited-edition Christmas-branded lineup of Branston’s Nanna Tate range has launched into Tesco stores.
New festive packaging covers Super Scrumptious Mash (£1.30), Super Crunch Roasties (£2), Nanna Tate Potatoes (£2), Seriously Crispy Chips (£2) and Yummy Cheesy Mash Bake (£2).
The lineup went exclusively into Tesco stores on 17 November and are intended to offer shoppers something for every festive occasion.
Super Scrumptious Mash is described as classic mash with a big spoonful of creme fraiche for a fresh, tasty, light yet creamy taste and texture.
Super Crunch Roasties are ready-to-cook potatoes in potato flour and salt for extra crunch, with a sachet of garlic and herb seasoning.
Seriously Crispy Chips are ready-to-cook skin-on Maris Piper potato chips coated in potato flour and seasoning, while the Yummy Cheesy Mash Bake is smooth mash “with Cheddar and extra Cheddar on top”. It can be baked in the oven for a crunchy cheese top and light soufflé-like mash underneath, according to the company.
