Matt Walton leaves MD role at Branston to return to AH Worth as MD of veg operations with responsibility for production across UK, Spain and Italy
Brassica and vegetable supplier AH Worth has named Matt Walton as new managing director of its Fosdyke site and vegetable farms, with responsibility for production across UK, Spain and Italy.
Walton, who headed up potato supplier Branston for just over a year, brings a wealth of experience in the fresh produce sector, including a stint as commercial and operations director at AH Worth between 2022 and 2024.
The move sees current AH Worth boss Alex Boughton take on a more focused role as managing director for AH Worth & Company, leading central support functions, arable farming operations, and supporting growth and diversification.
In a statement, the company said the changes “reflect its commitment to strengthening leadership, supporting our teams, and building for the future”.
