Sorma Group is set to unveil a new packaging solution at Fruit Logistica.
Sormabag features a simple, pared-down design that uses 50 per cent less raw material than traditional packs, according to the company. Made from fully recyclable polypropylene, it is also more environmentally friendly.
The manufacturers insist that Sormabag is robust despite its lightness, and the packaging includes an easy-to-open slim handle and transparent netting to allow consumers to view the products inside.
The company will be showcasing Sormabag at Fruit Logistica in Hall 3.1, Stand A-04.
