Flowercare specialist Pokon & Chrysal has launched a UK subsidiary.
Pokon & Chrysal UK is now responsible for the sales and marketing of its products in the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.
For the last four years CB Imports has acted as UK distributors, but the growing importance of the UK market has merited a change in the structure, although the company will continue as a supplier of Pokon & Chrysal products.
Andrew Hey has been appointed general manager and will head up the UK division. He said: “The creation of a dedicated UK office will benefit customers by the local provision of the additional technical and support facilities from this global organisation. We believe that this will provide improved support for our current customers and lay foundations for future growth.”
Working closely with Hey will be newly appointed marketing manager Anne Bricklebank.
