UK seasonal labour provider Pro-Force has announced the acquisition of the industrial division assets of Neway International.

Pro-Force said the purchase of the assets from the recruitment business in Harlow and Ipswich would strengthen its presence across East Anglia and Essex. It added that the acquisition brings ”an experienced operational team and a prestigious client base into the Pro-Force family”.

The acquired assets will be integrated into Pro-Force’s industrial offering, it added, which will enhance its ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across the industrial and food sectors.

The new teams joining Pro-Force bring significant sector expertise and will bolster Pro-Force’s delivery capability and client service across the region, it said.

A statement from the company explained: ”This acquisition aligns with Pro-Force’s long-term strategic objectives and forms part of the business’s ambitious three-year growth plan, which envisages further strategic additions to the Pro-Force group.

”Beyond operational synergies, the acquisition reflects a strong cultural fit: Pro-Force prioritises partnering with businesses and people who share its values and vision to ensure smooth integration and mutual growth.”
